Hey! I´m Alison

And I Can´t Wait To Meet You

"People often think that taking photos means not being present, but it's quite the opposite for me. As a lifelong observer, I am most present through my lens. Photography doesn’t take me out of the moment—it draws me deeper into it. Through my lens, the world feels bigger and richer. Every detail heightens—the soft light, the movement, the emotions. I’m fully present, connecting to the beauty of the moment and capturing the essence of what makes it unique.

My goal is that when you look at your pictures, you don't just love the images, but are reminded of the moments you shared, the emotions you felt, and the incredible experience you had together. It's about more than just photographs—it's about preserving the essence of your day."

MY PHILOSOPHY

“Photography is my way of honoring life in all its forms—the highs and the lows, the joy and the challenges. It’s not just about freezing moments in time, but about capturing the essence of what makes life beautiful. I believe that photos carry the power to remind us of the good times, giving us hope and strength to navigate the difficult ones. They allow us to hold onto those moments of love and connection when we need them most. But photography is also about celebrating the here and now, the joy, the laughter, and all the little things that make life worth living.

My philosophy is rooted in authenticity—It’s not about perfection; it’s about creating images that feel alive and true to who you are. With every session, I aim to craft a space where you can forget the camera, embrace the experience, and simply be yourselves. Because when you’re at ease, that’s when the magic happens.

When you look back at your photos, I hope they not only remind you of how far you’ve come but also inspire you to keep celebrating all the beautiful things life has to offer. Because your story is worth remembering, in every shade of light and love.”

  • What I Love

There’s nothing I love more than traveling—whether it’s road-tripping in my van, exploring new horizons, or backpacking through nature. Being immersed in the outdoors connects me to my true essence and reminds me to appreciate life’s simple beauty. I find joy in being mindful and present, fully embracing the world and the people I love.

  • Behind The Camera

My creativity doesn’t stop at photography—it also flows into playing the piano and exploring movement through contemporary dance. These passions inspire and fuel my artistic vision behind the camera. Before becoming a photographer, I worked as a psychologist, a role that taught me how to connect deeply with people and understand their unique stories—something I carry into every session I capture.

  • The Love That Inspires My Art

The way I see love has been shaped by my husband Nick, who is not only my biggest supporter but my partner in every adventure. From traveling in our van to hiking through nature, he’s taught me how deeply beautiful love can be. It’s that fullness in my heart what allows me to capture and see the emotions, connection, and story that make your love unique.

“My husband and I have always wanted to have a couple's photoshoot taken and last weekend we finally got it done. We were a little nervous at the beginning, but Alison was so calming and kind that we quickly started to have fun and almost forget about the camera! She did an amazing job. The pictures are fantastic, we are incredibly happy with the results and can't stop looking at them! We will be forever grateful for these beautiful Anniversary pictures we get to cherish forever!.”

RISINGSUMMITS

A METAPHOR

Risingsummits isn´t just about conquering mountains. It is a metaphor for life.

When times are good, you walk through a forest. The path is easy—shaded, with comfort and freshness all around. But then, times get hard. Life becomes rockier, the path turns uphill, and you’re under the heat of direct sunlight. You feel out of breath and start to question whether you’ll make it.

You stop frequently to catch your breath, but you always keep walking. No matter how slow.

Eventually, you reach a false summit, where it eases for a little while. You enjoy the view, and recharge your energy, even though the pain hasn’t disappeared, and the struggle isn’t over.

And still, you keep walking.

It gets steeper, harder. Your legs begin to shake, and the end is nowhere in sight. Your body screams to stop, to quit. But you keep pushing. You don’t know if the view at the top will be worth it, but you keep walking.

Eventually, you reach the summit. You look back at how far you’ve come and, for a moment, you enjoy life.

Proud of your accomplishments, life turns downhill for a while—until the next forest, and the next summit to climb.

"Life is a journey and photographs are the milestones that remind us of the laughter, the strength, and the moments that made every step worth it."
